MICROWAVE
Remove desired number of sausages from the pack
Place sausages on microwave-save plate and cover with a paper towel.
Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
Let cool for about 1 minute before eating.

No need to thaw.
Heat thoroughly before eating.
Use caution as product will be hot.

PAN-FRY
Remove desired number of sausages from the pack
Place sausages in a pan with a small amount of water (2-3 tbsp) set over MEDIUM heat.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, turning sausages occasionally until almost all of the water is gone.
Add 1 tbsp of oil into the pan. Reduce heat to LOW and cook for another 30 seconds.
Serve hot.

GRILL
Preheat gas grill to 160-1770 dec C.
Place sausages on grill and cook over HIGH heat for 3-5 minutes.
Turn sausages often until golden brown.
Let cool for about 1 minute before eating.
