Ingredients: Farm-Raised Milkfish.
CONTAINS: Milkfish. No other known allergens.
Place thawed milkﬁsh on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat (350°F).
Deep-fry thawed milkﬁsh with skin side up for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip ﬁsh and cook for 1-2 minutes.
