Ingredients: Farm-raised Milkfish, Water, Calamansi (Philippine Lemon) Purée, Soy sauce (Water, Soybean Extract, Wheat, Salt, Caramel and less than 0.1% Sodium Benzoate), Coconut oil, Onion, Garlic, Modified Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Iodized salt, Black Pepper, Disodium Inosinate (Flavor Enhancer), Sodium benzoate (Preservative).

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove fish and sauce packs from the box and place on a microwaveable plate. Place sauce pack on top of the fish pack.
Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Carefully remove sauce pack from microwave and transfer contents to a small container.
Microwave fish pack for an additional 4 minutes.
Remove fish from pack and transfer to a serving plate.
Pour sauce over the fish or serve on the side as dipping sauce.

No need to thaw.
Heat thoroughly before eating.
Use caution as product will be hot.
