HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove pack from the box and place on a microwaveable plate.
Microwave on HIGH for 5-6 minutes.
Carefully remove fish pack from microwave and transfer contents to a serving dish or sizzling plate. Mix with mayonnaise and chilies if desired.

No need to thaw.
Heat thoroughly before eating.
Use caution as product will be hot.
