CONTAINS: Milkfish. No other known allergens.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake thawed milkfish on a greased baking pan for 15 minutes.
Place thawed milkfish on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat (350°F). Deep-fry thawed milkfish with skin side up for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip fish and cook for 1-2 minutes.
*Directions were developed using 1000-watt microwaves. Microwaves vary; cooking time may need to be adjusted.
IMPORTANT: PUNCTURE PLASTIC PRIOR TO THAWING. THAW IN THE REFRIGERATOR BEFORE USE. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER THAWING.
